Extremely friendly staff; exceptional for Europe. Very big rooms with a huge balcony all the way around. Beautiful set up and decorations; it feels like a palace. From our balcony on the third floor beautiful views to the mountain area and Plovdiv at night in the distance. They even give complementary fruit in the room and small bottles of water when you leave; this is truly unique.

The Hotel is little out of the way. But the price attracted me, as I didn't mind re the location. The staff were, efficient, pleasant and friendly. The food was good. Evening meal and breakfast. The room, was well appointed and certainly comfortable. Plenty of parking on site was available. It was very surprising, inside the Hotel. Because from outside, it looks very modern and bright looking. Inside, it has a very old world look and feel to it.
