We came for the Hills of Rock festival, because Plovdiv was fully booked, and it was great. During the days we also visited the Asen’s Fortress and the Monastery of Bachkovo.

Great location, easy to find. The host offered a secure place for my bike during the night. There was a window with a mosquito net in the room. The host was very kind and provided late night supper for me although I arrived really late (9,30 p.m.). Thanks a lot for the tasty omelette and cabbage salad!
