Good value for the money. The hotel is located on a wide road (for Chepelare) with new pavement. There are a lot of free parking spaces nearby. The staff was cooperative. Our room had a medium sized balcony with mountain view. For me the beds are comfy.

An excellent property close to ski slopes. The house is recently renovated, spotless clean and beautifully decorated. Our communication with the hosts was very smooth, they provided us all of the necessary information about the checkin and the property in advance, and accommodated our last-minute requests.
There is an outdoor area (a little yard) with a grill, which would be fantastic in the summer.

The house has everything a family might need to feel at home - two bedrooms and a large living room, kitchen with all required appliances and accessories. Even though it was in the beginning of July, the nights were colder than we expected but the cozy fireplace was able to keep the entire house warm.
The host was particularly kind and hospitable and even provided us with a welcome gift - a local alcoholic drink and candies for the kids.
One of the best things was the location - we didn’t need a car - everything was at a walking distance.
The host was kind enough to offer us and allow us to use the garage which is around 15 meters away from the house.

Omg where do I start, Rosa on the reception was absolutely amazing, with my little Bulgarian and her little English we managed. The young lady in the gift shop was lovely. All the staff we're extremely polite. The food, plenty of choice and tasted yummy, we had breakfast and dinner in the hotel. We also had a massage which was exceptional, the lady was fabulous (highly recommend). Overall great 👍 oh and plenty of parking available.
This is a lovely, comfortable apartment equipped with everything you could possibly need for a short or a longer stay in Chepelare. The hosts have gone above and beyond when furnishing, and it's the small touches (oven mitts, flower pots, candles, kitchen towels, coffee capsules) that really make the difference.
The location was great, very close to the center. We had a parking next to the hotel and we could also use the restaurant at the hotel as a dining place even though it was closed (as far as we have stuff for cooking / eating). The room was large and clean so no complaints.

The hotel is on a very good location - in the town center, next to the Town Hall. We had a breakfast included (small but good for this price). The beds are with firm mattress. It was clean.
It was a great stay. The staff were nice, the food in the restaurant was delicious. We had a balcony with view to the forest. I will recommend this hotel for couples and also for families with children.
