The location of the villa was great, it provided a nice view of the little town and facilities were nearby. The restaurant at the Villa is also excellent and we would recommend people to go there.

Nice place, unfortunately the weather was bad, it was raining.
I liked the rooms but one was not the best. TV was working on and off and the breakfast was too far to go to another building. I believe it could be cooked nicer as well and have a bit more choice. Only one coffee machine installed and when it got busy at the weekend it was very hard to get a hot drink and there was a long queue. Machine ran out of hot chocolate, could hardly find a table to sit to eat breakfast and it was not the best experience as the food ran out. I think there was a group of tourists, but they should have considered the capacity and the restaurant staff levels. The barbecue restaurant was nice, but there was no alcoholic drinks menu so I didn’t know how much the drinks cost. It wasn’t great value for money, but the food was delicious.

The room we got was right above the breakfast zone, so we had a lot of noise from the people and especially from the moving chairs/tables. However this room had a very beautiful terrace with an amazing view.

Great restaurants around but also some bad ones. Especially out of season.
Parking can be an issue at the weekends.
The monastery is certainly worth a visit and a walk around.

The beautiful painted churces and some traditional sweets such as kazan-dibi or künefe are not to be missed.

The area has a big potential, is very nice town.
Beware where you parking. The Bulgarian police officers make all their best for tourists, such us the tourists never come back to Veliko Tarnovo.
Bulgaria still have a lot of things to learn regarding the tourism...
Huge house, huge rooms, a beautiful courtyard and an amazing swimming pool, there is no other place I go to when traveling to Arbanasi. Been here 3 times, I'll always come back here.
Big kitchen with all the amenities you can think of - from spices to rice, spaghetti... you name it. Plus they have a barbecue so you can bring your own food (Kaufland is 4 km away, so there is no need to buy food from home, you can find everything on the spot there).
Hotel Elena offers a homey and cozy atmosphere while simultaneously providing all of the luxuries of a chain hotel.
The property’s location is also very convenient as it is only 10 minutes away from Veliko Tarnovo by car and 5 minutes away from the hiking trail to the Swing of Love.
Additionally, at breakfast, we were served a hot fresh piece of homemade banitsa which tasted amazing.
The house is made in traditional Bulgarian style, has a big garden. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The room could benefit from altering the bathroom to make it easier to take a shower and from refurbishing the walls and the floor. The furniture is great, all real wood. Overall we had a very good stay.

Exceptional location in the center of the town, beautifully decorated with deckchairs, playgrounds for children, swimming pool, sauna, mini zoo.
The guesthouse is located on a quiet street, with plenty of parking space. The hosts were very kind and you should definitely follow their restaurant recommendations. The room/bathroom were very clean, the beds comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay!

The playground was near the restaurant area so we could see the kids from the table. But it had no shade so we could not use it for lunch.
Nice place with a fine garden. The family room is very nice and spacious. We especially liked the garden, as we were traveling with two babies, which were more than happy to crawl and run on the grass. The host was very friendly and helpful.
The location is convenient, easy to get by car. From the hotel you can walk through the marvelous village or Arbanasi. The architecture fits the region. Good restaurant and facilities like pool, sauna.
