It was a very nice and comfortable room, with new furniture, comfy bed, very clean, nice bathroom with shower cabin (which is rare in Bulgaria). Everything was a big, nice surprise! Also, the ladies from the hotel were nice and friendly.

Beautiful view, clean, large room and bathroom, underground parking, sufficient size pool with sunbeds. I had a room with 3 beds. Mattresses and pillows too soft for me. Many restaurants nearby. 10 minutes by car or Taxi to Veliko Tarnovo. The staff was helpful without problems at check in and check out. A fridge with freezer in the room. Functional hair dryer. A beautiful little garden.

It is an interesting village with houses made from rocks. It is a quite place and it offers nice view over Veliko Tarnovo, which is very close. Also the food is very good, we ate at Bolyarsko Selo and we had a 5 stars dinner.

I liked the rooms but one was not the best.
I liked the rooms but one was not the best. TV was working on and off and the breakfast was too far to go to another building. I believe it could be cooked nicer as well and have a bit more choice. Only one coffee machine installed and when it got busy at the weekend it was very hard to get a hot drink and there was a long queue. Machine ran out of hot chocolate, could hardly find a table to sit to eat breakfast and it was not the best experience as the food ran out. I think there was a group of tourists, but they should have considered the capacity and the restaurant staff levels. The barbecue restaurant was nice, but there was no alcoholic drinks menu so I didn’t know how much the drinks cost. It wasn’t great value for money, but the food was delicious.

Great restaurants around but also some bad ones. Especially out of season.
Parking can be an issue at the weekends.
The monastery is certainly worth a visit and a walk around.

The beautiful painted churces and some traditional sweets such as kazan-dibi or künefe are not to be missed.

Arbanassi, a small mountain resort, perched on a mountain plateau from where the view of the town of Veliko Tarnova flows. Small cobbled streets, hotels that maintain the tradition of the old Bulgarian style. and hospitable.Cozy restaurants with refined traditional cuisine, cheerful and spontaneous people, partygoers and hospitable.
The room and bathroom were large and nice. The complex has a big garden and a traditional Bulgarian restaurant. There is also a very small playground: one slide, one seesaw and one sand pit - enough for the kids to have something to do while waiting for food. Quiet at night, perfect for relaxing. There is also a SPA, which we didn’t try.
The view from our room was of Veliko Turnovo and it was simply astonishing. The room was a pretty good size and clean. I would recommend the spa facilities. The location was great - peaceful and green. Easy and cheap access to the main city of V Turnovo which took about 10 mins with a taxi.

The location is nice, you can see nice views from the SPA. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful.
Very nice small family-owned hotel. Good location in the center of Arbanasi, you can walk to all main attractions and restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast is tasty.
