Very nice B&B in an old farmhouse, renovated with a lot of love for tradition and heritage. The host is a very nice man with hospitality in the blood, preparing every morning a delicous and rich breakfast. Very close to the nice markett square of Veurne wth many restaurants. Also the belgoan coast is only 10 km away and is worth a visit.

Tranquil location, though you do need a car as it is in the countryside. Very charming atmosphere for families and couples. Quiet at night. The breakfast was very good.

A perfect stop off for our family of 4 before catching the morning ferry back to the UK from Dunkirk. The room was extremely clean and modern, the host very nice, and the freshly prepared breakfast was lovely. Situated just outside Veurne, it is very quiet, but within easy reach of the numerous restaurants in the town centre for an evening meal.
Veurne is conveniently located off the motorway. Veurne has everything a traveller needs including a selection of quality restaurants and bars. It is a town with history, lovely buildings and a circular walk around the town is possible.

Small walkable town.
Small walkable town. Quieter than the coastal towns in the summer months. Two interesting churches in town. Good train and bus connexions to the coast and interior of Belgium. A large number of rather expensive restaurants around the main square Grote Markt in the centre. We liked Brasserie Christophe but had negative experiences in two other restaurants around the square.

One of the best preserved towns in Belgium.
One of the best preserved towns in Belgium. It would be easy to see everything in half a day, but it is extremely pleasant to stay for longer and there is easy access to coastal towns like De Panne, Koksijde etc

An interesting and attractive town with many of the historic buildings still standing. An excellent tourist office with a most interesting museum about life in Veurne during WW!. Good restaurants and plenty of them. Good access to the coast. Pleasant rural countryside round about. I did like the old railway station, now being restored, and the carillon in the church tower

Nice small city, I'd even say tiny.
Nice small city, I'd even say tiny. Quite a lack of cafes and restaurants. You can expect raised eyebrows if you come without a reservation. The food is all sorts of deep fried stuff, chips for garnish, you really have no other options. All kinds of krokkets and meat. Not a big choice of tap beers, mostly Brugse Zot and something in addition. Not the experience I was expecting to get from Belgium.
I recommend hitting the city park on the Grotemarkt, it is very small and quiet. Has a playground, a few cages with parrots and a few nice statues

Easy placed to reach calais , ideal for a stop over ,plenty of parking and vibrant square with lots of bars and places to eat, the church tower is free to climb ( stairs) a head for heights is required!
We had travelled 1675 miles across Belgium and Germany and stayed in a dozen hotels. This was the end of our holiday. Auberge De Klasse was by far the best place we stayed in. The host was so welcoming. The Auberge is an old farm house with a beautiful garden. All the rooms were tastefully decorated. The highlight was the breakfast. So tasty. So well presented. We will tell all our friends about it.
Perfect location to explore the immediate surroundings (Veurne) and nearby Dunkirk
The quality of accommodation was first class
The host and hostess were most helpful
On site parking was a big bonus
A lovely venue, to which we will return
Breakfast was a lovely experience
All guests shared a long refractory style table
Good selection of food at breakfast

A great place to stay for a night in Veurne. Helpful staff, spotlessly clean, straightforward check in, great location and tasty breakfast. I would happily stay here again. No frills, but does what it does well. Thank you.
