The hotel was all brand new, top condition. We went there to go to Dour festival which is a 10 min drive away. The hotel had ordered a taxi for us but it was delayed so the manager offered to take us there herself in her own car. Really really good service. The day after the staff served a late breakfast at our room. This place is absolutely amazing and can highly recommend.

It's not expensive (compared to staying in any other established chains in a major city) and great luxury. The room is spotless and spacious.
