Very close to the train station Diegem, just a short ride to Zaventem, nice clean room and very friendly staff. I had a free upgrade to a bigger room on a quieter side as there was a wedding... Comfortable bed, nice big bathroom with a shower, convenient for an early flight.

excellent location close to transit and they were able to keep our bags for us after check out. Staff were extremely friendly and we even were able to check in a couple of hours early.

I like the hotel, particularly its central location. The staff is supportive and friendly. The breakfast (at additional cost) is available downstairs in a separate facility, right at the entrance of the hotel. However, it was not so good (might be subjective). There are other great options nearby. Otherwise, everything was great.

The customer service by Abu Bakr and another person who is a big tall chap. Excellent customer skills and go above and beyond. Very comfortable stay. It is dated the hotel and needs a refurbishment but excellent for the price.

Was there to visit a clinic so didn’t get to see much, but first impression was there was not much there.. struggled to find anything to do and also not many restaurants or cafes where you can get breakfast.
I did like the cleanliness and the calmness.. houses there are all great and modern to look at and it was relatively easy to get around

Machelen has a tired and dejected air about it.
Machelen has a tired and dejected air about it. There looks like some work to improve its look may have been started but definitely work in progress. We wandered around the centre of the town and most of the shops and restaurants are closed. Found a couple of places open. The most memorable part of our stay is the constant noise from aircraft taking off from Brussels airport every few minutes drowning out any chance of conversation. I'm not surprised that restaurants are closed! It's very unlikely that we will want to stay again in Machelen.
