Great views of the river available and the beds were comfy . We also appreciated the fact that the toilet was separate to the shower room. The host was very welcoming and provided us with a lovely breakfast with lots to choose from. We would definitely stay again if we are travelling in the area.

The location of the hotel was perfect, quiet and peaceful yet not too off the beaten track. We were travelling from the UK to Europa Park in Germany and this was the perfect place to stop en route. The staff were welcoming, location very pretty and the hotel charming and authentic. The rooms were traditional and very comfortable. The was a stream opposite for the dog to splash in if needed and a lovely bar area where we sat outside for a drink in the evening. I was a little concerned about the dog getting too hot as no air con, however the rooms weren't at all warm despite the warm weather because the building is old and cool. There was a cosy bar inside also for cooler months/weather. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, the tastiest pastries ever! We would love to return here in the future.
