The owner is nice and helpful. Rooms and the bathroom were very clean. It was nice to have coffee machine, hot water and tea in the room. We did not drink extra drinks but I checked the price list and prices were normal. We traveled with our car, so location of the house was easy to reach for us and we easily visited Bruges and Ghent.

Shower had good pressure, beds were comfortable, location was excellent. Beautiful building. Decorated minimally with taste.
They even gave us ear plugs for the noise coming from pub next door due to football matches.
There was complementary coffee and water, which were much appreciated.

Ample parking but at a cost, pay to park in city expected but not on an industrial area, especially not 15 euros.
Breakfast was ample choice, but a lot of flies in the dining area in the atrium.
Room was comfortable.
