Me and my girlfriend went in Genk for the Duystere Markt, and i found this B&B and we didn't know but we found a small treasure.
Eveline, the owner, was there outside under the rain waiting for us, she welcomed us in the warmest way we ever experienced, the room and the bathroom are really big, warm and cozy with the industrial style, which reflect actually the story of the area, even better than more of 5 star luxury hotels, i ever be, Eveline is super gentle and very very supportive like if she knew us from long time, the breakfast was amazing somenthing so abbundant that my girlfriend skip the lunch! fresh made and cooked alla minute, so delicious!!!! the only bad aspect of our stay was....we only had one night there!

The room was very spacious and all was really clean (nice when you have to habit of walking barefoot). All standard amenities were provided, such as tea/coffee making facility, little fridge (with freezer compartment!), two tables, two chairs and an armchair, a separate large and sturdy suitcase bench next to the closet (which is a pleasant bonus one doesn't always get) and of course a modern flat-screen television and free Wi-Fi.
The owners are really friendly and spare no effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Upstairs room with reasonable size and equipment, in the end quite pleasant, the first look is a bit deceiving.
I don't remember the bathroom, maybe it could use a little innovation, but otherwise fine.
There is a bar on the ground floor, but it does not interfere with accommodation.

Shower was very good. comfortable the washing products dispensers, even the body cream one, linen was in good conditions, tv was ok, no bad smells in the room and from the pillows.

We visit every year for an Event at Thor Park. Your hotel is like home from home. Staff always so welcoming & friendly. Place is so chilled with its cosy feel. Resturant serves such tasty dishes everything is spot on. We wouldn't book anywhere else as we love this place a little gem run by a beautiful family ❤️
We stayed comfortably here because rooms are spacious and clean, the kitchen was furnished well, the bathroom was clean. Supermarket and restaurants/bars are nearby and you can walk here from Genk station. We highly recommend this apartment and appreciate the owner's hospitality!
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location of the hotel is very close to the restaurants, cafes and some of the museums. You have everything in the room to do everything you want (cooking, preparing coffee, cable TV...)
Very friendly staff, the grounds & golf course beautiful, very nice nature, restaurants & food excellent, breakfast a lot of choices, renting bikes convenient with great bike trails.
