Our family had a great time in the newly established and modern, high standard appartments. Due to the construction of the appartment along the hill and the refreshing pool even the heatwave was not an issue at all! For winter time a sauna is also available. The business is family owned and was very welcoming so we felt like at home. The accomodation should be considered on a road trip (as in our case) or just for a timeout in the nature. friendly and helpful hosts hosts were available to give directions when needed area has everything you need, shops, petrol stations, fruit market and a river to swim in the area is worth exploring even tho it is 4kms from the city center. it is a BEAUTIFUL walk to the city center hosts were extremely helpful, we had issues with needing to print air tickets that she resolved quickly, we also had issues finding transport to the airport which she solved VERY quickly for us kitchen facilities bathroom facilities laundry facilities if you love nature, this is a good place to stay, be aware that a weekend might not quite cut it the area, hotel and the city of banja luka isn't instafamous so you can actually enjoy the city without any vapid "omygaawd" squads wherever you go

Beautiful place just on the river and close the main city of Banja Luka. The room was clean, confortable and very quite. The host is super nice and kind person. Unfortunately we have not enjoyed his kitchen service that some guest mentions in the reviews but we'll definitely come back next year!
