Location of the facility - fantastic. There are large rooms, well equipped and the entire facility is very clean. The facility has everything a ski enthusiast needs, the ski lift is only a short walk away and on the other hand you can't hear the noise of the après-ski bars. I would highly recommend it and I will definitely return there myself on my next visit to the Zillertal valley.

Once we missed the bus, so we just walked 10 Minutes on the side walk - that says a lot about location and not needing to have a car if you are going to ski.
There is a ski room with shoe driers. The whole apartment was warm and equipped well. Thanks Isabella for shower gel, soap, wine with sweets, that is a nice touch to the stay in your place. The owner is also really pleasant lady and will help you with tips.

Wifi was fast, 50/5 Mbits at least. And the coverage is excellent in all rooms.
The dishwasher, egg cooker (first time i saw such device, hehe), coffee machine with filters, utensils are also there. So, very equipped kitchen. Just take salt, oil with you.
The beds are very comfy, soft. I slept like a baby.
So all in all, a modern apartment with excellent mountain view, large balcony to enjoy the ski, errr, scratch that, snowboarding holiday.

For the whole valley there is a card called Active. We spent 100 euro for 6 days and you can use it for travelling with the train till Mayrhofen and for using the cabin cable spread in the valley. This is very suggested.
We spent our summer holidays in Schwendau. The apartment was really convenient - well equipped, with big comfortable beds and all equipment one may need for holidays, VERY clean and spacious (for a family of 4). The vicinity is peaceful and you can enjoy quite and nature. Gerhard is a great host! Always willing to have a chat and recommending ideas for great hikes. What stole my heart was a little terrace where you could enjoy your morning coffee with a view on majestic mountains and green fields. We will definitely come back!
We booked the hotel for an overstay, the next day we continued to Mayrhofen since we arrived one day earlier than booked. The hotel was nice and the location is close to the lift that takes you up to the mountain. We arrived around 8PM and had a nice dinner in the hotel. Breakfast was simple but nice too. The room was big and had enough space for 4 people.
