The staff were wonderful and super helpful, which was very reassuring. The room itself was lovely and spacious, with access to an outside terrace on either side. The breakfast was good, and it was an added bonus that you could have this delivered to your room.

Absolutely amazing place - very nice rooms that have everything needed, super friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast served with fresh orange juice, great location with close proximity to restaurants and bars, nice wines with a complementary glass of wine upon arrival.

We are especially grateful to the staff, who already several weeks after we left the hotel helped me to return back my sunglasses that I forgot in Mendoza. They spent a lot of time on it although we were not their guest anymore and I appreciate it a lot.

We had a pleasant stay in Buenos Aires. Palermo is a lively area with great dining options like Fogon and Don Julio within walking distance. Many thanks to the front desk and especially to Jose for allowing us to check in early and for organizing our transfers from the airport to the hotel and to the port.
