Chascomus is a good sample of a typical small town outside Bs. As. It needs a goverment that can improve roads, and keep grassy areas neat. The surroundings of the chascomus lake are getting some sidewalk work done. Some new cafes and restaurants are being added around the shores. Quiet and close to Baires.
Marvelous accommodation from start to finish! Great communication, offer for shuttle service from the train station, great location in the middle of the old town and close to the Laguna in one of the oldest building of the town, great flair and well maintained, spacious room with great bed and bathroom, well heated (visited during winter), very quiet, rich and free breakfast. All of that for a more than reasonable prize! Overall 10/10, I‘ll be back!
The location is not bad; very close to the shore and there is a small grocery a couple of blocks away. There is a parking space for each cabin. The park is nice and there is a concrete swimming pool (but the water was turning green).
Cute boutique hotel with a lovely lobby and eating area. Room was clean, with both a/c and heat (needed the heat). Bed was comfortable and breakfast was very generous with lots of pastries.
