The old but modernized house is situated in a very calm area, is close to the city, supermarket and is a prefect spot to start all sightseeings from. A very nice place to stay in the heart of Stepanavan, just a few metres from the main square. I was welcomed by Ruzanna with tea and cake on arrival. I was a hot and tired bicycle traveller. She made me an excellent dinner and breakfast too. Great home cooking! This is like a family homestay, there is just one room on the outside of the house and this is where you stay. Shower and toilet are separate. Very relaxing and I highly recommend.
