An absolutely fantastic stay which was met with some warm Armenian hospitality upon my arrival, offering me to sit down and enjoy some lunch as there was plenty there. The rooms are clean, modern and the beds are really comfortable. The breakfast is a superb spread and varied each day, by far the best I've had anywhere in a very long time. Hovo and his wife were very kind and welcoming and I'd encourage anyone staying in Gyumri to stay here. It's a great location too, only minutes away from the main square.

Very nice and cosy place, close to the city center. Very clean, well furnished, spacious. Bathroom with spacious shower, kitchen equipped with gas stove, kettle, small fridge, filter coffee machine. Living room with TV with Youtube, Kinopoisk apps, very convenient. Internet connection is stable and fast.
In ~5 min walk is supermarket, pharmacy, coffee house with delicious food. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!
