We received the warmest welcomes from this kind family. We enjoyed delicious and nourishing food in a beautifully decorated eating area. Outside there are dozens of fruit trees, and we could bring our car in off the road. There is no sign outside, so trust to Google maps and knock on the door. Don't forget to ask about the intriguing statue in the village - family memory intersects with national history.

Very nice guesthouse near Gyumri, ran by very welcoming couple. Mr. Petr is even from my home country, so that was a nice suprise to hear czech lang. after all this time on road. Had to get a 2nd rabie shot as I was bitten by shepard dog in Georgia and was helped tremendously. Thank you for that one more time! Was invited to dinner too as there were already some people coming in, that was super nice and tasty. Breakfast was also very tasty and very big, couldn't eat it all even if I wanted to :)

Enjoyed the large, comfortable bed In a spacious room that was clean with a nice bathroom. Wi-Fi worked well. It was quiet, right under the mother Armenia statue, and only 5 minutes to town by car.

Absolutely great, whilst english was an issue, that was resolved very quickly by a phone call and a perfect speaking English man solved all questions. We are on 2 motorbikes, and they allowed us to park in the garage. We had the remote and could not be more happy with the attention to detail. Lovely garden and you could pick apples.

Great location for visiting Dashtadem Fortress, Talin Monastery Complex, Talin Caravanserai and Kistapor Church. Also, in close proximity to a supermarket. I stayed in an apartment with 2 single beds, a kitchen area (with kettle, sink, cutlery and refrigerator (no stove)) and private bathroom. There was access to 2 balconies, with views of Mount Arteni in the distance (great sunset). Heating was provided, but it wasn't required when I stayed. Great host. Very friendly, provided me with a brief and locations of the areas attractions There was a safe, covered outdoor area for me to store my bicycle, which is covered by CCTV. I would happily stay here again.

a great place to stay in Gyumri if you like peaceful ares for rest (not far from the centre) would recommend staying with 3 people as it is more comfortable for sleep the host was great helpful and always there if we needed anything the place is new in the industry and the host told us it’s gonna be better soon and will even have an outdoor pool (as it has an outside area where u can even watch a movie with a projector,or inside where there’s a big smart tv and great sound system)
