We enjoyed our stay very much. Lake view is amazing! The average temperature is appr. 5-10 degrees lower than Yerevan. The staff are very helpful to help us with booking a taxi back to Yerevan and also helped with heating oir BBQ. Will be happy to come again in the near future.

We absolutely loved it. The location, the view, the superior room feels like a villa with amazing sea view. The restaurant's food and service was excellent. I loved there Jam! The guy at reception was so helpful and welcoming despite the language barrier. He used Google translate all the time and it worked perfectly! Would come again ! The location is just magnificent.

Excellent location, beautifull view, very friendly host. Really big house with four bedrooms, large living space and amazing veranda which we liked the most. Secluded area, no big shops around. But you can buy everything you need at a small shop and bakery nearby. Some kitchen items were missing and immediately provided by the host. Thank you Azat, we were happy to stay at your house!

We spent a weekend at Mariam's family house. We were unfortunately sick, but Mariam's family has been really helpful by providing us all the medicine and the food we needed. The house is very remote, so if you're looking for something authentic and calm this is the place to be.
