The boat ride bore some of the most beautiful sights I have ever seen, and as the ride went on it only got better. The staff were the most accommodating I've ever seen, bringing us cold drinks for free by the water, taking us up the mountain to the old village, and playing volleyball with us as well. Dear Riverside Team, We only stayed for one night, but it was absolutely worth it. Flavjan and Mark were especially wonderful – incredibly respectful, entertaining, and spoke perfect English. Your entire staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, created by your whole family working together, made us feel right at home. Everything was super organized, relaxed, and well-managed. The hotel itself was impeccably clean. Although we explored the lake during our stay, we loved your hotel the most. Its quiet and idyllic location, just an hour by boat from the port and a few minutes by boat from the Shala River, was simply breathtaking.
