The staff made this stay a better place! Upon arrival the immediately took our bags to the room and made us feel welcome. The room was very clean and kept clean the whole stay. The views from the hotel were second to none. It was an incredible stay and would definitely recommend! The restaurant food is also amazing so give it a try!

Breakfast was available until 10am and you can order what you like from the menu (a choice of omlette, pancakes, fried eggs, toast, butter, jam). The room was spacious and the doors/windows had mosquito nets which were necessary. In contrast, the dining area/restaurant is spacious and modern. The staff were friendly and laid back but their English was quite limited.

Safe and convenient if you travel with kids. City have good restaurants and will enjoy if you like seafood and loud nightlife. Prices are very reasonable specially if you are traveling with limited budget. People are nice. Recommend

Amazing place to visit.
Amazing place to visit. It was easy to get around by Bus and Taxi. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced.
Butrint National park is also beautiful and a must see attraction.
If you are confident driving abroad I would hire a car as you can visit tourist destinations further afield.

Really beautiful place, very cheap food and beer, roughly €2 a large bottle. Weather was fantastic and beaches unreal. Great restaurants very close by. We tried Family Restaurants twice and could not fault it. Super cheap meals

Some of the beaches are very nice.
Some of the beaches are very nice. The weather is very good and the food is very nice and very cheap. There are a few nice bars and clubs to go out in the evening but its not too loud. The village is still quite basic, lots of potholes and no road markings and many buildings are not permanant structures. Given the growth in the local economy I have no doubt this part of Albania will catch up very rapidly with other parts of Europe.

If you are looking for the quite sand beach, this is not...
If you are looking for the quite sand beach, this is not your place. Try to stay in Sarande and take the bus to Ksamil just for the day. Ksamil is over crowded, every beach is a private one, and the music from the bars and hotels is too loud. Is not the quite paradise you are looking for.
Everything, very kind family very lovely always ready to assist, always smiled, very nice, very clean, nice view, calm area, the amount of sleep you can get is amazing, the beds are very comfy the bedhseets too(they change it after 3 nights), tasty food. Useful info: the nearest bus stop was meters away, to Butrint(50all=0.40eur), Saranda(100all=0.80eur) to the beaches: Monastery, Edon Bina, Pellumbave, Pullebardha(50all=0.40eur)also the same bus can be used to get down to Ksamil for free. We loved it very much hope to see you next year! Xoxo
Hands down the best vacation experience of my life! Great location, just a short walk from Ksamil's best beaches & clubs. Aranit and his family far exceeded my expectations with unparalleled hospitality, cleanliness, service, and generosity. From complimentary drinks and snacks to local recommendations, this place was unbelievably fantastic! The (free) breakfast, pizza, and coffee were wonderful and fairly priced...They even pressed my sport coat free of charge. They really do treat you like family here... Highly Recommend!
The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. We had plenty of space to ourselves as well as a gorgeous communal area. The hotel was excellently located, not more than 10 minutes from lively bars/restaurants and stunning beaches. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The different daily breakfast options including pastries and fruits was a fabulous feature and gave us a true taste of Albanian cuisine. We miss it already and will be back! A perfect place to stay for our first trip to Albania.
This place must be on top of the line in this area! Brand new hotel, the location is good, closest beach is around 5 minutes by walking, grocery store across the street, the owners both so polite, the room has everything you need so clean nice and maybe the bathroom is the best part, nice breakfast, the best part is the price I guess this is a good value for money! On top of this we arrived there at 8:30 am and the owner let us check in more than 4 hours before the actual check in.

Eraldo is an exemplary host, we appreciate the super fast responsiveness over Whatsapp and the welcoming message upon booking confirmation. Eraldo speaks English, Italian and Albanian really well and we appreciated that as well as the fact that he went an extra mile for us and arranged check in at 11 am!

If you want to visit Albania and wanna feel that you are in Greece it’s the best place to stay. Fantastic sea view, the rooms with all facilities and a big territory where you can choose any place to relax. It’s a merit of John, Eva and Costa. John’s hotel is a great location of a lot of beaches. Beginning of day and a sunset at he evening can always make everyone happy. Such a fantastic place to stay for relaxes. Such a nice place! The apartment was super clean and comfortable with everything I needed. Also, location was great really near the beach and center of ksamil but in a very peaceful area.
I feel really priveleged to have stayed here. I have travelled to many places but no one has ever made me feel so welcomed as the host, Niko! It was a real pleasure to learn about albanian culture and ksamil with him and also to taste that wonderful Raki!
Destination was perfect. Hotel is in heart of Ksamil. 5 minutes to beach (which is cheaper th others) next to hotel is cheap and awesome traditional restaurant. And 2 minutes to bus stop and shop.
Personal was super friendly and hard working. We have everyday our room like a new.

It was an amazing vacation in Albania. The hotel is located in the center of Ksamil, it’s really close to the beach, bus station and cafes. The room is modern, comfortable and clean, everything was nice. The staff are absolutely amazing, friendly and welcoming. Maybe we would have liked more options for breakfast, but for quick breakfast it was enough and everything was fresh and tasty.
I had the best experience at a new hotel in Ksamil, just 3 minutes from the beach. I loved the fact that everything was new, and the attention that the staff gave was incredible. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. This hotel offers many facilities, and I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Ksamil.
The location was very good, just 2 blocks away from the main beach in Ksamil and the “pier”. The rooms were comfortable and functional and they served a solid breakfast. The hotel manager was very nice and attentive, he was also very helpful when a friend needed medical attention. We were very thankful for his help.

The hotel was situated very close to the centre of the village and a short walk to the beach. It was spotless clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there and would fully recommend it to anyone visiting Ksamil.
