Fantastic location. Staff were excellent, very flexible, upgraded one of our rooms. Breakfast was wonderful, great choice and plentiful. Right on the promenade. No need to leave the hotel though as everything on site including a huge pool and acres to the beach with umbrellas and chairs included.

On the left side of the harbor, with tall buildings and a long beach, and on the right side of the port, also with a beach, but importantly with monuments. The crossing from one side to the other is 1.5 km, along a busy street. I do not recommend by foot. The whole of Albania positively surprised me

I found the shop shop and restaurant staff to be very rude and dismissive if they could not understand you. Avoid rehat kebab shop just off the square by the opera house as the old woman tries to short change you.
If you wish to take van/bus to berat or other destinations. You need to go to plepa. And not rruga adria as people tell you.taxi is 1000 but Local bus is 40 cents. You pay the conductor. Mini van to berat is 500 each way. At berat a local bus stops at the terminal and is 30 cents into berat. I’m

Beautiful, long, sandy beach, bustling, bubbly town, lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, we absolutely loved it, we will definitely come back. The only negative is that almost only cash is used in the 21st century in this European country.

Rubbish everywhere. The beach is filthy, plastic bags and empty bottles are everywhere, even in the water. The beach and surroundings are disgusting. The water is not crystal clear like advertised. It's dirty. If you like clean beaches, Durres is not a good choice.

It's clearly a city that is growing its tourism sector by building new hotels and restaurants along the coast. The current location is lovely on the beach, and the hotels and restaurants are great, but the infrastructure is still developing (as one should expect in a developing country) so can be a bit difficult to navigate.
Orlando and his brother are the owners and they are clearly passionate about providing a comfortable experience for their guests. They were super responsive and got me anything I needed, whenever I needed it. The rooms are tidy and the location of the hotel is perfect: you're in the peaceful part of the beach, away from the city center of Durres. The best part is the view: My room had a balcony and a view of the sea to greet me everyone morning. (I think all the rooms in the hotel have a sea view). I will definitely stay here again.
I am from Albania and wanted to escape from routine a few days. I found this place in booking and was astonished , the view was crystal clear with the sea we could see the port of Durres from balcony. The host was very friendly we had some requests in middle of the night for the baby and he was always ready to help us. Beds were too comfy , the kitchen fully equipped and not too forget the cleanness was absolutely perfect like a hospital.
We will definitely come back and recommend to our friends🤗
If you want to visit Durres and you want an normal, comfy hotel, this is the place to be. It was my second time here and i enjoyed it so much, again. The rooms al nice, very clean and comfy. The balcony's are spacious and have seaview. There are beachbeds, but not to much packed to eachother. But the best thing is the staff and the family who runs this place. No question is to much and they see the question even before you do yourself. Albanian hospitality to the best. I cant wait to visit again!
My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The location was ideal, close to the center, and the space itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The host was exceptional , going above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was seamless, and any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Durres, Albania and look forward to returning in the future!
Amazing value for money, quick stop through driving from the north to the south of Albania. Family operation, very kind, the son speaks perfect English and helped us with everything we needed. Took credit card.
Breakfast was a huge portion. Unfortunately power went out for a bit which only really impacted our air conditioning but this wasn’t the hotel’s fault and it wasn’t a huge deal.

Large apartment, very comfortable, private and quiet. Close to everything and easy to get around. And parking very close!! While traveling around Albania , I have found that to be difficult at times. Jessie is such a great host. He was very communicative, friendly and helpful. He even offered to give me his parking spot if there wasn't a spot near by, but there was. Totally enjoyed stay.

The hotel is in a busy area, but the room was quiet. We had a room on the 3rd floor and the view was very nice.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is fresh and plenty.
Parking is not easy, but we found an empty spot in front of the hotel entrance eventually.

The host did not speak english at all but with google translete all the info i could get, very helpfull attitude, one night i could not sleep because of mosquitos and the host bring me a mosquito protector, i would 100% recommend it!

This is the best hotel from what I have stayed in Albania. The location was perfect, which was very relaxing and quiet. Everything was perfectly clean and neat and the staff was very helpful and kind. The cuisine was my favourite, the meals were fresh and delicious. I had an amazing stay and will come again in the future.
This is one of the best locations in Durres, the property is located exactly on the beachfront, the apartment I had got sea view, there are restaurants and supermarkets near the location, owner can arrange transfer to and from the airport if requested, overall very nice experience, highly recommended
The food was beautiful, the people were so friendly and very helpful and durres is a lovely place. Albania is an absolutely beautiful country and we will definitely go back there, and definitely go back to durres and ventus harbor hotel also.
The hotel overall was nice. The breakfast was good with many different tasty options. The server cappuccino was the best we've had in Albania. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner and lunch and it was really tasty with good service.
Since we arived in the hotel they gived us a warm welcome and the host was very kind and positive.

The Apartment was really comfortable, spacious living room with a great view from balcony. It was clean and right to Volga Boulevard in Durres. I do recommend and already saved for my next trip in Albania.
