We have been lucky through our travels to meet very welcoming staff and owners in the properties we have stayed but BlackMountain has been a standout. It was like staying with friends. The staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome. The location on the river front is very nice. At the end of the evening having a few Raki and learning about Albanian customs with the brothers who run the hotel and other staff was a very nice experience! If in the future in the area definitely worth a re-visit!
