It is a quiet and relaxing area, if you are renting a car. Keep in mind that restaurants and supermarkets are not close, so plan in advance.
Moris bay beach is just a minute drive, and it is beautiful.
The preperty is located between a mountain and a mangrove, and they have a boardwalk through the mangrove to the nearby bay. It is really beautiful, but do not forget your bugspray amd take the key from reception, as there is a gate.

A day trip to St.John was very interesting but the poor road conditions
and no sidewalk make walking or riding a bike impossible. The government should spend more time on upgrading the roads and actually installing sidewalks over the ditches on the side of the road.
The beaches are spectacular and the ocean water is warm and cooling.

Jolly Harbour was a bit run down with few restaurants and virtually no shops. The beach was very busy with hotels lining much of the beach front. It was difficult to walk anywhere other than on the beach.

Jolly Harbor is quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly. Rooms are very clean and you have your privacy. The Beach is just by few minutes walk. Car rental is just right there if you're able to drive. Only problem is that the living room is too hot during the day. And I suggest that there should be a little written guideline for new visitors
Jolly Harbour is basically a little condo development with attached homes, a marina, beach, tennis, pool, restaurants, and a grocery store. We liked being able to walk to all of those places and having a kitchen to make our own meals. The home was quiet and having A/C in the bedrooms was really great because it gets quite hot in Antigua. Giuliana was incredibly welcoming and helpful and checked in via WhatsApp every day to make sure we were all set with everything. It was an easy place to stay for a few quiet days by the beach.
The villa is in a great location just a 10 minute walk from one of the best beaches on the island Valley Church and a 20 minute walk to Jolly Harbour Beach. Beds were comfy, there were beach towels and beach bag available. The villa was extremely clean and contained everything that we needed. Silvia the owner was fantastic and couldn't do enough to help us. If you rent a car also from her she will organise for the pick up and return to the airport free, everyone was so friendly and helpful.

When I'll return in the autumn I will book again for sure, this villa is something special at Jolly Harbour.
A fabulous property in a quiet location but only
minutes away from beautiful Hermitage Bay and the restaurants and bars of Jolly Harbour.
The pool was lovely and clean and having breakfast amongst the hummingbirds in the idyllic garden was proper paradise!
Francesco and Korin were the BEST hosts and couldn’t do anymore for us.

My wife and I are very familiar with Jolly Harbour and this was the first time we had stayed in a villa on the north fingers.
Although it was a little further from the commercial center this was not a problem as we always rent a car.
The patio was wonderful, and we spent most of your time there.
There was plenty of storage for our clothes and the two bathrooms were well appointed.
Property is ideally located in Jolly Harbour with only 3 minutes walk to the beach. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from. Also a supermarket, all within the Commercial Centre. The entire unit was clean and modern with all the amenities listed. The staff was very pleasant and responsive.
Hopefully we will be back soon but for a longer stay. I would definitely recommend.
Do not rent this house to avoid extortion or blame for things you did not cause. The owner will then threaten you with her family in the Antigua and Barbuda government and she will make sure to ban you from entering the country for speaking the truth about her dirty and unsafe home. Stay away if you do not want to smell these smelly bed covers, dirty kitchen, and them big roaches.
This is an apartment which, when it was done up a few years ago, must have been amazing. It's right on the water, it's spacious and comfortable. it's a close walk to a lovely quiet beach. it's in Jolly Harbour with shops, restaurants etc. The manager was responsive when we had issues. It's reasonably priced for JH which is probably reflective of the issues we had.
The location was perfect. We stayed in Jolly Harbour before. The villa was great, clean and well stocked with all that we needed for a pleasant stay. Cashema was simply the best. We had flight delays but Cashema waited for four hours after we were supposed to check in to greet us. Thank you Cashema.

The location is perfect, just a 5 minute stroll to the beautiful beach of Jolly Harbour.
All amenities are close by including excellent restaurant's, bars, car hire and a well stocked supermarket.
The patio by the marina is amazing, it is the largest of all the patios nearby. The beach of Jolly beach resort is a 2 minutes walking distance. Wi-Fi free and good connection for streaming. I will be back with my partner for sure.

My stay at the villa was very calm and peaceful. The location on Jolly Harbour's South Finger is very convenient for access to the beach, various restaurants and the supermarket. I would happily stay there again.
Upon arrival I was given a super briefing where I was explained all the services of the house and what to see in Antigua. I only had one afternoon off so I visited the nearby beaches with a rental car.
Everything. was much larger than we expected, and more up to date. The photos do not do it justice.
Was worried about walking down the Jolly Harbour but took 9 minutes and was no problem.
