My husband and I had a wonderful week at Keyonna. We celebrated my 30th birthday there and the staff went above and beyond to make it special, including a floating canapés basket in our private pool and Prosecco!
The food and drinks were delicious, well above our expectations for an all-inclusive resort. There was enough variety, with dinner menus changing daily, for you to try new meals every day and everything we had was great. We enjoyed the live music, especially the live steel band!
We stayed in a garden pool cottage which had a beautiful view of both the gardens and the sea and was just a few steps away from the beach. Every room has its own assigned beach beds and chairs which was a huge plus! The beach beds were large and comfortable and made our time on the beach even more enjoyable.
Service was always exceptional and the staff were always genuinely happy to help!
We also booked a beach dinner and massages at the spa, both were great experiences.
Overall, this was one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at and we want to come back! Will be recommending to all our friends and family.

The hotel is set on beautiful grounds and the two beaches are stunning, we woke up to amazing views everyday. I really liked that all the food was a la carte and no buffets there was lots of choice for a weeks stay. There were a few bars across the property as well as a mini bar that’s restocked daily if you need. Airport is around 30 mins away so very easy to get to. We stayed in one of the steepest rooms but we didn’t mind at all. Overall had a wonderful relaxing stay and the staff were lovely.

The many beaches and surrounding scenery were my favorite places.
The meal of choice and favorites were fish and vegetables. Fast food was available.
It is very easy to get around in Five Island. The village is in walking distance and public transport to the town is readily available and minimal cost.
I would avoid walking down in the village at late nights.

I enjoyed that they layout of the facility and how everything was in close distance from each other. The spa was a bonus too. i didn't care for the long wait to be seated at the restaurants, They should include reservations for all members and not just the VIP members. I enjoyed the 24hr room service. The staff is friendly and informative. I wish this was an adult only resort.

Location was incredible for the beaches, views and sunset! It is a little out of the way if you want to get anywhere else so need to get shuttle (only runs certain days / times), taxi's or have your own car by plenty of options to get elsewhere. Resort is ideal if you don't want to go anywhere outside the hotel. Hotel, facilities and staff were wonderful. All in all, highly enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend!
Lovely modern hotel set on a beautiful beach. Watersports are included - we really enjoyed using the kayaks. Very friendly staff. They had activities on every day. Really big and comfortable hotel room. We enjoyed the buffet, Italian trattoria and gelato cafe! There is a shipwreck in the bay and you can hike up to the fort for beautiful view. Good modern gym.
The location was good, their beach was clear and beautiful. The facilities were ok, could’ve been better and cleaner. The room was ok for what it is. It is not a five start hotel room, but ok. It should’ve cleaned better though.
4 very good sandy and safe beaches within hotels private grounds. The tree covered hills behind hotel and to each side, giving it a feel of elclusive seclusion.
I would rate this as outstanding natural beauty.
Nice surroundings, friendly staff, pretty good food. Could have been a nice stay if I had a room with not so much noise from the AC. If you are not sensitive to noise this hotelcould be a good choice.
the location is unbeatable. we went past more expensive hotels on a boat tour and I honestly think hawksbill beaches are some of the best. the staff are mostly helpful, especially reception.
I don't know if I've ever been so relaxed. There were many options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The bungalow room was different from the usual room at a hotel and we liked it.
