I have frequented this hotel more than 10 times... everything is beautiful from the staff, cleanliness and the restaurant... but my only observation and I have reported it previously... please Commitment to placing pictures of the sheikhs as befits them, noting that the pictures at the entrance to the hotel are considered old pictures and are not considered official... I love the location. It is very close to the beautiful beach, walking distance to the numerous restaurants and shops. I loved the beach the most and several restaurants such as Turkish restaurant (5 min driving) and the Afghan restaurant (20 min driving). The highlight of the trip was our visit to the camel racing. Local people are very nice, helpful and welcoming. I will come back for another family vacation.

My rating of Ras Al Kaimah is based solely on Longbeach Campsite and not any of the surroundings. The fees charged by Longbeach Campsite for the unit I hired is ludicrous and I would strongly recommend that no-one book that unit at that price.

Do not book through Booking.com as they over charge over hotel tariff and also the hotel doesn't refund in case you shorten your trip. For example the hotel staffs here told me the tariff is actually 160-200 AED and booking .com charged me over 250. I finished the job early and checked out one night earlier but they made me pay for entire period as booking .com had already got their commission .

Raw Al khaimah is much less impressive than other emirates. The city is very widespread. There are few tourist sites. The major attractions are extreme high end resorts and some high adrenaline activities. Buses quite infrequent. Lots of malls.
We loved the staff; most especially Marco from Reception, Vishnu, Islam from the restaurants and bars. Staff was very nice to us and everyone and always smiling. The weather was great; so we utilized most facilities. My son loved the pools and the beach. The Beach Access room was the best; while a bit set apart from the main hotel building; you had a bit of privacy and a wonderful beach in front of you. Breakfast was okay; good enough options. Staff also made us feel so special since we were celebrating an anniversary.

I was hesitant to book considering the price was so low as always im going to big 5star brands like Radisson, hilton, marriott, rixos etc..but this hotel surpassed my expectations in every aspect
I got the all inclusive package and it was worth every penny. Amazing and delicious food variety.
Live egg counter for breakfast. Good spread for desserts.
Kids pool is really good, there are even water slides. Kids club is well equipped to keep your kids busy.
Air-conditioned was very bad in room, we checked in at 8.30 pm and not slept till 3.am in the morning finally they shifted to new room but our trip to ras al khaimah and choosing double tree was not good at all we paid for the comfort which we didn't get it and finally we left after breakfast.....management has to compensate it to us....pls look in to whole matter.thanks

The hospitality and warmth of each and every staff member has been a special experience to me and my family. I highly rate this Hotel for anyone wishing to visit Ras Al Khaimah.
Everything is amazing services, food, my sister in law and brother in law were surprised for the weeding anniversary cake and towel arrangements done by hotel staff! Thank you HsK team and F&B team for wonderful service and of course amazing FO Team for smooth check in.
