Staff was accommodating and friendly enough. We did not pay for breakfast because we want to stay longer in bed in the daytime, and that suits us well. The location of the hotel is definitely great because its right across a mall and that is very convenient. The television was not working and we have a personnel checked it,after that,it all worked out fine.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. We had a bicycle with us, which they came to take into storage immediately as we walked through the door and checked us in as priority while there was a busy queue at the check-in desk.
The dedicated lap pool was great for swimming, while the family pool had a relaxed atmosphere and very nice pool bar with attentive service.
Restaurant staff were super helpful, very friendly and exceptionally efficient despite the crazy busy Eid crowd. Food was delicious and the buffet had ample choice and variety.

It wasn't as busy as Dubai or Abu Dhabi, AL Ain mall was a nice mall, many brands & not very big to wall with the family around, there was a pertol station nearby & a local fried chicken restaurant called Bu Deej which was wonderful & reasonable
