Breakfast was above all expectations, everything was fresh, and tasted excellent. Excellent location in vicinity of the airport with convenient free airport shuttle. Staff was very helpful. Rooftop pool has great view of the airport. The restaurant inside the hotel is open for lunch and dinner (extra charge), and the food for lunch was good and not too expensive, so you don't have to eat-out.

The property is too expensive as compare to the facilities. No response at all from the services. Early in the morning, at 7:30, staff knocks your door and asks you whether you need anything? I mean, why are you asking by knocking the door every morning, If I need anything, I will call and ask for the same. While checking out, I waited for the person for my luggage but no one showed up for almost 20-30 mins. I myself took the luggage through lift.
Suffice here to state that breakfast is not that worthy as compare to other branches of the RED. Tasteless food with limited variety.
Cleanliness was fine and you dont find android tv which is another drawback, If u are looking for basic facilities. You have to see mostly cable Arabiic channels. If you can compromise all of the above things, then Its recommended !!!!!

I visited the Grand Mosque as always and did so a couple of times. I spent my time with someone dear to me and I did not go to all the major attractions. For the most part, I went to Corniche and Soul Beach during the day, sometimes at the mall in the afternoon, I even bought a couple of things on sale when at the Galleria Mall. I went to a couple of great places such as Bentley Kitchen (Galleria Mall), Asia Asia (Yas Bay). A shoutout to Crunch and Munch restaurant for all the times I went at them for lunch. As always, Abu Dhabi is so much more quiet, comparative to Dubai.

The staff at the hotel from the receptionist who upgraded our room to a suit( Lovelis) on check in, house keepers, concierge, restaurant and water park staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful and great with the kids.
This was a perfect stop over on our way from England to Australia providing a much needed break with everything in the one hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Things are rapidly changing in a positive direction, and in general, Abu Dhabi is a charming place. I always feel at peace there. The people are so friendly, too. It's different from what I'm used to seeing in other capital cities, where life is fast-paced and challenging. I genuinely love the culture and ambiance in Abu Dhabi.

After seeing Dubai My perception about Abu dhabi was same like Dubai but it is not . It is more of industries n commerce city thn a tourist place .. certainly if any one wants to explore Abu dhabi thn a day round trip from Dubai is advisable with a must visit yass island .. there is nothing in abu dabhi as such … mosque is what they say and the mandir but overnight stay dsnt make sense there unless you stay at yass island. So if you are planning abu dabhi then you can very well book resorts in yass island and explore ferrari world and sea water fishes and warner brothers … but vibes are not as good as Dubai..

Very safe and clean. A lot of things to do and see. Much cheaper than we thought it would be. Even the city is new and modern, it has a history to tell. Great shopping and dining experience. We loved Qasar Al Watan, Grand Mosque, Louvre, mangroves. We also did a lot of walking, swimming in the sea and visited shopping malls.
Would love to return in 10 years to see how this beautiful city develops.

Abu Dhabi is a great place to visit. It has a lot of interesting places, it has Theme Parks, amazing beaches and other intertainments. It is even just pleasant to walk around as the city has walking pathways and some parks.
The hotel exceeded our expectations. We booked it for a great location but it turned out to be amazing value. The view was extraordinary and that made all room seem perfect. Bed is cosy and apartment was great space. Special shout out to all the staff who were extremely nice and attentive. But like naturally nice not fake nice as you can experience in some other hotels. Design and lobby might seem little outdated but overall truly amazing experience. Thank You!
My experience with Villaggio Brand itself is exceptional. From the friendly staff up to their top notch services. I would like to thank Mr Ramesh (Night Manager) for offering us a nice room and ensuring our stay be comfortable. I will definitely consider Villaggio Hotels to be my favorite hotel in Abu Dhabi. And thank you very much for the guy in reception in morning shift (didn’t get his name though) for offering us a late checkout also.
The quality of bed and furniture is absolutely amazing. Very spacious apartments. Excellent customer services. Amazing breakfast, we had happy hour dinner buffet as well, amazing.

Having worked in hotel and hospitality industry for almost a decade I am normally very critical about hotels. But for the price we paid it was absolutely brilliant!
Room was nice and clean. The bathroom is very specious, and we had separate shower and a bath (which is not very common). The location is good and there is a park nearby. There are free dates and Arabian coffee next to the reception which should be a must at all hotels in the area.
The hotel staff gets you a taxi upon request.
We paid extra to get lunch at the hotel, and it was totally worth it!
Its really worth the stay.. especially if we have request from the housekeeping,, they give us our request in no time.. cleaning is excellent.. sanitation,, facilities - the best!! It's just a perfect Apartment with kitchen. Its very spacious and located near by Al Wahda Mall and Bus Station. I travelled from Dubai to Abu Dhabi and this Hotel made me feel comfortable while staying in Abu Dhabi!!!- Thank you for all the staffs!!!- They are very attentive and accommodating my stay, especially the receptionists always smiling and ready to help.
Regularly stay in hotels local to the apartment but fancied a change and glad I did. The apartment was perfect and really homely. Appreciated the little touches on our arrival (chocolates, nice coffee etc.). A couple of nice cafes just outside the apartment and supermarket directly across the road were really handy. Will definitely book again in the future.
it was good, easy and comfortable. city access is second to none. the swimming pool is pretty small which is acceptable provided that it is in the centre. The only qualms that we have are that the room is quite small compared to a lot of hotels inside the city. Other than the room size everything is perfect and convenient.
The hotel was extremely good. and the studio apartment was The best I would say. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I stayed in 2 different hotels as I had a short booking in uptown and was not able to extend as the hotel was all booked for the next days. So, comparing uptown with other hotels, I found it THE BEST.
The villa had a great big pool for a one bedroom villa compared to other hotels in the same area.

Dropped my car with valet. Reception staff was very helpful and efficient. Lifts and room were ok. It is a slightly older property than usual compared other Rotana hotels in AD. Decently priced, clean and well centrally located.
Staff helped us with night arrival and advices about breakfast. Suggested us better room for our company (2 adults with kid). The room was cheaper and much larger than in the most hotels in Abu Dhabi (for this price segment).
The location of the Hotel was very nice. It is very close to the Yas Island main attractions. The swimming pool is awesome. Yas Mall is nearby for shopping experience. The hotels in Rotana are excellent and neat and clean.
The food was outstanding and fresh. You have plenty of healthy choices. Rooms were big and well-isolated from noises and the gym facility was one of the best that I have even seen in Abu Dhabi’s hotels
