Agustin Inn is very conveniently located in Old Town, which makes it a great location for older guests, too, as there is a lot of things to do and see in good walking distance. The staff is super friendly and helpful, everybody goes the extra mile to make your stay great. Rooms are lovely decorated and comfy. Breakfast was fabulous and so was the happy hour in the afternoon. I can only recommend Agustin Inn if you want to make a trip to St. Augustine.

It's a great little beach town and I love that they love the fur babies 🐕‍🦺 The staff was friendly. Nostalgic!

Location is superb, you can walk all throughout the Historic District so no need to use your car once you arrive if you want to stay local. Staff were excellent, friendly, always smiling and very very helpful. Gave us a map of the area, pointing out where the hotel is and where other key points of interest were, also provided a list of recommended places to eat/drink, two if which we tried and both were excellent. Breakfast was good and plenty of it.

Complimentary parking is provided. Lovely Victorian bed and breakfast, interior of room was very tasteful and offered great amenities at the same time (even bathrobe). Convenient location, walking distance to the old town. Staff was very kind and helpful. Looking forward to coming back

We upgraded to the Deluxe room and the view alone was worth the under 50 dollar difference! It was Happy Hour when we arrived and there was a cheese, wine and crackers among other things. Sue was welcoming and informative, I could tell by the way she talked about the hotel, she is proud of the location. The hotel is next to the lions bridge, it's a half mile walk over to the shops in historic downtown and there are TONS of shops and restaurants so bring your walking shoes! They offer a continental style breakfast with various breads and fruit and such. The room was clean and updated. Nice shower, great water pressure and a comfortable bed! This place is a hidden gem, our only complaint is that we didn't stay for two nights!
