All of our rooms are one of a kind in their shape and size. The cave rooms were carved by various settlements over the centuries and later renovated keeping their rich heritage intact. Our stone rooms were built with local stones in the Old Cappadocian style to mimic the cave experience. Hotel is great to see the balloons from the terraces. Staff was very nice and professional. There was a hiccup with the service once which was taken very seriously by the staff.

Zeynep hanim was very friendly and welcoming. also security personnel arif bey was very friendly and answered my questions about places and advice. exceptional staff and highly recommend if anyone wants a peaceful stay.

It offers a terrace with views of the surrounding area and individually decorated guestrooms with modern amenities. Free WiFi is accessible in all areas. The breakfast was delicious; tasty pikelets and crepes with cream, chocolate and honey, fruits, breads really fresh, cakes, chocolate pudding, salads, juices, cheeses, turkey, traditional Turkish savories, croissants, yoghurt, cereal, and hot foods. The location was perfect; 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. Customer service was outstanding; the hotel people helped with every request, they did everything possible to make my stay enjoyable, and were always polite. I liked the 3 friendly dogs that belonged to the owners of the hotel. The room had a very comfortable bed and nice shower.
