Located in the historic city of Ayutthaya, Baan Thai is just 100 metres from the famous floating market. Suvarnabhumi Airport is an hour’s drive away. Fantastic pleasant staff, a friendly and professional Bim, introduced me to my Bungalow and the rest of the hotel. Beautiful garden with a pool and pond. The Bungalow was great with a comfy bed. This place certainly deserves a high rate from customers. Since it is difficult to find rooms on this popular resort, I booked a week in March.

This is an extraordinary property, beautiful design and wonderful location on the banks of the Chao Phraya River looking at an historical temple on the other side. Very comfortable rooms. The staff were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The dining room was exceptionally good. This is the perfect base for a visit to Ayutthaya.

Lovely pool and restaurant, but above all the staff is the best, especially Ngeng (sorry, probably spelled wrong). He's such a hard worker and nothing is too much for him. Tony is lovely too, always keen for a chat. He invited me to go to Ayutthaya Retreat and had a beautiful massage and drink.

Rooms are very good value for money! Very cosy lodges with cute balcony in front in the middle of the historic center of Ayutthaya. There are restaurants, bars, a night market and some tempels within walking distance! They also rent out bicycles. This is really a must stay!
