Beautiful, new, practical hotel with very nice staff, the reception staff always smiling and welcoming us, and the restaurant staff at breakfast always helpful, especially for us with 3 kids we have appreciated the special attention

It’s more like a hotel; not apartment.. excellent location; easy check in, check out … clean; and compact.. exactly like the photos. The restaurant in the garden is nice, and the staff are very friendly..

Centrally located near the Cismigiu Central Park, away from Bucharest's noisy boulevards, Epoque is a stylishly and elegantly decorated boutique hotel with spacious and air-conditioned rooms, as well as free on-site parking and free WiFi in all areas. The staff at this hotel was incredible, they were always aiming to please and make your stay as conformable as possible. For that I have to give them a 10/10. Also the food is very good, and the waiters very well prepared. A very big thank you for the management for doing a great job.

The location is perfect, and the rooms are incredibly nice and comfortable. I highly recommend it!

The woman working in the reception sunday morning around 10.30 was absolute amazing! Very clean, and safe place.

Mercure Bucharest City Center features a 24-hour front desk, a bar and free luggage storage. A wide selection of Romanian wines can be enjoyed at this hotel. Various luxury stores, shops, restaurants and cafes can be reached within a 10-minute walk. Very comfortable, spacious, clean, nice breakfast! I liked the extra's, like the bathrobe and slippers, make up mirror! I only stayed 1 night unfortunately. Would love to come again.

The housekeeping and breakfast restaurant staff were equally professional and kind. The apartment was large, clean, and well-stocked, offering a comfortable retreat. Every morning, breakfast was a real highlight; for vegetarians, it was an easy experience with hummus and eggplant salad, along with a variety of other fresh and tasty options. Non-vegetarians will also find the breakfast delightful, with all the classic items available, ensuring a satisfying start to the day for everyone. This includes different types of , cold cuts, smoked fish ,eggs, local cheeses, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and all the other elements that make up an excellent breakfast. It was a delicious way to start each day. Additional perks, including a fitness center, pool, and spa, only added to the sense of relaxation and well-being. Overall, the aparthotel offered exceptional service, upscale accommodations, and a delicious vegetarian-friendly breakfast; it was a comfortable and memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and indulgence!
