This boutique-hotel was the house of chronicler and historian Georg Krauss and comprises individually designed rooms with design decorations, including original frescoes, mediaeval-style or solid wood furniture, hand carved decorations and stylish bathrooms. Each room is equipped with modern facilities, including a minibar, a flat-screen cable TV, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Some also have air-conditioning, and others come with a fireplace. The hotel looks amazing. There are 500 year old beams and wood poles, the pride of the hotel. They have a fancy restaurant-good although on the expensive side. The breakfast is a la carte and extremely good. Location, super super central. Parking is 2 euros a day and free after 7 pm. It is a bit away from the hotel, but you can be dropped on and off by the hotel staff. You can drive to the door of the hotel though just to leave your luggage.

We visited in early spring and outdoors it was chilly, but the room was excellently heated. Very nicely designed and very friendly staff. The cellar is a very cosy place to enjoy a drink at evening and breakfast. There is outdoor seating space as well.

Cosy and spacious apartment. We had everything we needed and more. Easy-to-find parking lot near the building. The floor heating system in the apartment made everything even more comfortable. Plus points for the stylish design of the apartment.
Great room in a good price, next to the 'school stairs' one of the most famous places in Sighisoara and really close to old city centre. Interior design is luxury and beautiful, perfect place for couple.

This self check-in accommodation is located on the second floor of a building at a busy crossing at walking distance from the train and bus station as well as the picturesque old town of Sighişoara. I found this studio to be kept spotlessly clean and tidy. Its interior is spacious and tastefully designed.
Great views, good views of Citadel square and a fan in the room. The room also have furniture that had lovely hand painted designs. Bed was comfortable.

Carmen, the owner, is lovely and helpful. There’s designated parking on the street outside the pension. It’s within walking distance to all the tourist sights, a grocery shop and restaurants. A delicious breakfast is provided for a small additional charge. Laundry can also be done. There’s also an iron if you need to iron any clothes. I’m amazed that more is not charged for a stay.
