This property offers an outdoor pool surrounded by sun terraces, free breakfast and free access to a fitness centre, situated just 50 metres away. Location was excellent, staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. The staff also had great English and offered great recommendations for our stay. Hotel itself is beautifully decorated and located very central, with short walk to best restaurants and attractions. The room was clean, spacious and luxurious. No complaints at all.

the lodge is absolutely stunning, with fantastic views from the terrace over the volcano and it's beautifully designed. It's very quite and remote which I loved. The only thing was that there was no food available because the cook was on vacation and I didn't bring any food to cook myself. But the staff was very helpful and organised a shuttle to a restaurant close by. I had a fantastic time.

The location was easy to get to, and close enough to things that we could walk to dinner, stores and enjoy a stroll. It was only a few minutes drive to the town centre. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the hotel itself was absolutely lovely and well designed. The room was comfortable with good beds and cold air conditioning. The rooms were also very clean and the main common areas were clean as well. Breakfast was also absolutely delicious.
