The location is pictureperfect facing the irridiscent sea, the rooms are very clean, the food is fresh and homemade and the staff is very friendly. Especially the bartenders and the restaurant aswell as maintenance staff. We had a wonderful time and that was not only because Holbox is a magical place but also because of Palapas del Sol ☆

Fantastic location, with security, 2 min to shops and 5 min to the beach. Also close to the Ado tourist bus station. Don't look any further, as you will be delighted here. Miguel was a perfect host we could imagine, he upgraded our room to Master, which was the best place we stayed in our 16 days trip in Mexico. Clean, spacious bathroom, massive comfortable bed, night lamps lights, A/C great location- not in your face. As we had to wait for our late flight, we were offered to use common areas like living room, kitchen and bathroom, shower. I can't express how much we loved our stay. Miguel's suggestions for food were spot on, especially the Argentinian steak place. Thank you Miguel!

Great place, near center but not noisy like in the main street. Owner is really great and helpful person. They have own cafeteria with really good breakfast. I think it was the best choice for us. The rooms at La Casa de las Tortugas Petit Beach Hotel & Spa feature bamboo frames and ethnic furniture. Our rooms can have a terrace or balcony. Paradisiac ambiance, very harmonious and well-maintained. Each room is unique and offers great experience. Staff is very helpful and friendly, yoga classes every morning. Restaurant on the premises (actually 2 or three, judging by 3 different menus) are all nice with attentive staff. Beach is the best in the area - the only one with algae cleaned, sun beds comfortable

Offering breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, this adults-only all-inclusive resort and spa features endless activities and entertainment, such as outdoor pools, fitness centre, private beach area and various dining options. this is the first time I am writing review because I had to rate this property. Everything was fabulous, staff was outstanding, room was clean, spacious and have the most beautiful view and the food was so great but the thing I loved most about the property is hospitality. The staff was always ready to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Each and every member of staff was great but some people really do need special mention; Monica from front desk, Fabian from spice, Sergio from Asiana, Felix the cabana server, Ivan from Maria Marie and entire staff of room service; go find these guys and you will never find anything to complain about.

Viceroy exceeded any expectations we had! The grounds were stunning and the staff were so friendly and helpful at every turn. If we could have stayed longer, we would have!

This boutique hotel, located on Holbox Island, is situated along the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea. Ser Casasandra offers sea views, a private beach with cabanas, on-site restaurant and spacious rooms. Everything. The staff, particularly Martin, were wonderful. A beautiful aesthetic throughout, fabulous restaurant for delicious breakfast and supoer and beach bar for lunch. We loved Holbox and this is the jewel in its crown. We will return!
