The reception is amazing if you do not speak Italian and they are very kind and always here to give you help and tips to visit. They helped me for the ferry. The room is super clean with a kettle and tea and a mini fridge. The area is calm with everything you need. So much better than the business of bellagio or varenna. The locals are very nice. The hotel breakfast is great with all you need as a buffet. Also I had dinner at the café from the restaurant and the lasagna, the raviolis and the chianti wine was so good. I really loved the raviolis its the best I ever had. Will def come back. Grazie mille !

The place is beautiful to the small detailed. The rooms are comfortable and so clean with all facilities, the breakfast is spectacular and is served in such a beautiful table, all staff is incredible helpful and nice. The restaurant food is amazing!! and all facilities in the hotel itself our in front of the lake are clean and in very good conditions. I would totally go back.

We were so sad to leave as it was one of the nicest places I have stayed in all of Europe and across the world. I travelled to Lake Como to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday with my sisters. Bellagio is the nicest place in all of the lake and the hotel went above and beyond for us. The rooms are beautifully decorated with white, crisp linen. Rooms are so clean and have all of the necessary amenities including soft towels, robes and slippers. Rooms had a mini bar with great variety and were all so affordable. Food and drinks in the restaurant were amazing with great variety. Definitely opt for including breakfast, it was so tasty with a great variety. The staff are so friendly and went above and beyond for us. They gave us great recommendations for the area and other areas on the lake. it is a hotel with great character and amazing views of the lake. The hotel is in a great location, right across from the station and near other amazing restaurants. You will not regret choosing this as your hotel.
