The hotel features an outdoor pool overlooking the ocean, free parking and 6 dining options. Courteous staff at reception - Akshata & Manish allowed early check in which was really appreciated after a long flight. Room was also upgraded which was amazing. Check in process was quick an efficient. Rooms were clean and spacious. Amazing hospitality- all staff were ever so helpful. This was my first stay at Novotel and I was so impressed that I will surely return again.
