SWIZZLE is the cool bar and lounge to unwind in. I felt super comfy in this hotel. Of course, it is what you should expect in a five star hotel (you are paying it). All the staff is super nice. They always try to help you, carrying your bags… It is thankful to share smiles with them. They offered us a welcome cookie and drink, we did late check out… Swimming pool and gym are in superb state, as does the rest of the hotel. There is a lot of variety for breakfast, super great. There are three restaurants in the hotel, we tried Mahjond and is really worth the try. Room was super clean, almost no noise from the outside. It is really worth paying it if you can afford it, as it allows to forget about the city for a while. Shower gel and shampoo offered are of good quality too, the smell was nice. All in all, we felt super comfortable. We would repeat it!

Very courteous staff and helpful. We got an upgrade without asking for it and the staff were incredibly nice. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We ordered room service as well and the service was really good . We appreciate the effort you take to make the guests feel comfortable. Thank you. We stayed for 4 nights. Proximity to metro station is a definite plus. Breakfast spread was good. Belgian whit beer on tap was good as well:

Guests can also work out in the fitness centre. The bed was very comfortable. Good location and good breakfast buffet.

Fitted with large bay windows, all air-conditioned rooms come with a flat-screen TV and walk-in shower stall. A personal safe and minibar are included in all rooms. While coming to the hotel from the Airport I have left my mobile in the taxi, the receptionist and the security people were so helpful to track the taxi and got my mobile in 30 minutes. I would rate this act as one of the best and very effectively conducted.
