Appreciate the complimentary gesture by the hotel management of upgrading our stay to a one bedroom suite that certainly made our stay a wonderful one. The hotel staff especially Mr. Mohnish was extremely cordial addressing all our concerns/requests. I would definitely recommend Grand Mercure Koramangala for someone who is looking for a luxurious stay along with exceptional hospitality. Kudos to Grand Mercure team.
