The property is located 24 km from Raja Seat, 25 km from Madikeri Fort and 30 km from Abbi Falls Free private parking is available on site. I went with my family and we really liked the view in the etate stay and early morning breezy weather. The hospitality was up to the mark. Ashwin was really helpful in getting things done. Must try their chai with a view. They have a really good collection of flowers and good place for photography as well. A big thank's to kariappa and family. I would recommend to both families and couple to stay as well.

Excellent location too!

The staff very accommodating, and gave me a room upgrade for my liking. The location of the place is central to quite a few malls and attractions. Highly recommended. Will return and stay here again.
