Set on a pedestrian street in a historic location, the family-run Ethrion is 150 metres from Ermoupolis Port and the main square. Boasting a sunny setting, it has a 3-level courtyard and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and a furnished balcony or terrace. Staff are super friendly (and guided us to the most splendid restaurants), location was perfect and amenities and facilities were superb. The view from the balcony was extraordinary!! Looooved this place!

It offers elegant accommodation with free Wi-Fi and LCD TV. Charming hotel situated right on the dock. The views were spectacular over the port. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous and made to order, and even finished off with a sweet treat. From the ferry you can walk to the hotel and the main bus stop for the port is also nearby.

The room was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view. It was ideal. The hotel had a nice beach in front and great restaurants within a short stroll. The breakfast provided by the hotel was unbelievable. She had so many options available, including a breakfast cake/loaf in the shape of a heart. What a nice touch! We also really appreciated the two people who run the hotel. They were so kind, thoughtful and really helpful. What a great experience!

The town of Galissas is quieter, and has a handful of taverns, a market, and a beautiful beach. Ten min drive to downtown Ermoupoli with taxi. Bus services available, which the hotel staff can help you navigate. It is advisable to rent a car in Syros if you want to see the whole island. All in all, great experience! a relaxing getaway in a gorgeous place.
