Old Bank Hotel 5 stars

Oxford City Centre, Oxford

Situated in the heart of historical Oxford, Old Bank Hotel offers rooms which feature marble bathrooms and modern art. Oxford University is located 0.3 miles from the property. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

The spacious rooms are air conditioned and elegantly decorated. Rooms also offer a TV and ample work space. Many have original period features and views of the city. This hotel is the best of all worlds: a storied old site that has been beautifully modernized: very comfortable beds, spotless linens, windows that open but AC too. And the rooms facing the High Street have extra panes in their windows — so noise is cancelled out. Fabulous.

There is also a safety deposit box and a laptop safe. Excellent stay, the owner was nice, helpful; the property very beautiful, the quality of the furniture & equipment and fabrics was high standards; the deco was tasteful and relaxing; close to Oxford and other places for my work so great in that respect; also used the Redbridge Park and Ride a few miles away to go to Oxford centre for an evening-practical; property set back from main road with parking space and garden. No restaurant in the village but Abingdon town was a couple of miles away with a great choice of pubs and restaurants and plenty of space to park; will definitely recommend and go back
