Maui Palms 5 stars

Korolevu

Set within 15 metres of the beach, each Maui Palms villa features a private balcony offering sea views. Guests enjoy an outdoor infinity pool, massage services and free use of kayaks and snorkeling equipment. We loved absolutely everything about Maui Palms. The resort is beautiful, clean, right by the beach and so much effort and thought was put into the decoration and furnishings. The pools are gorgeous and the infinity pool is one of the nicest I've seen. Extra points that it is an eco friendly pool cleaned with natural components, free of chlorine. Our highlight was certainly the incredibly comfortable bed and what we called "the egg" lounging bed by the pool. Another big plus are the solid fire doors used for the rooms and double glazed windows and balcony doors. This keeps the room nice and cool even without the air-conditioning running and the noise to a minimum. Also the fact that the restaurant has a full page of vegetarian options is great. The eggplant parmigiana is incredible!!! The staff is super friendly and helpful and makes you feel so welcome. Big shout out to Andy who goes above and beyond to make you feel special and Joe and his crew for the great entertainment. The location is right by the coral beach and there is great snorkeling in high tide. The resort also offers free use of kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. If we ever make it back to Fiji I'd definitely stay at Maui Palms again.

Bedarra Beach Inn 3 stars

Korotogo

Set right on the lagoon in the heart of Fiji's Coral Coast, Bedarra Beach Inn is surrounded by lush gardens leading to the beachfront and provides a relaxing setting. It features the Talanoa cocktail bar, Ocean Terrace Restaurant and BBI Day Spa. The staff at the hotel were amazing! Just can’t say enough about them! So friendly and welcoming! Our room had a nice view of the pool snd ocean and was clean, very large and comfortable. Great restaurant and bar at the hotel and lots of good restaurants within walking distance! We especially liked the Beachside Bar and Grill.

Sea Winds Villa 5 stars

Sigatoka

The detached villa is set on a large elevated block and includes 4 large bedrooms, each with their own en suite and separate powder room. All bedrooms have stunning views of the ocean and private courtyards. The villa also features a kitchen, dining area, lounge area and office. There is also a butler’s pantry/laundry as well as surrounding terraces to relax on, an indoor/outdoor bar, a separate spacious terrace with a BBQ and a billiards table and dart board. The house and grounds themselves were spectacular. The location is a fair distance from main centers but we had hired a car and knew that before booking. The private pool and sea views made leaving the house unnecessary anyway! All of the bedrooms were large, each with a large ensuite. Two of the rooms are each detached from the main living space.

Tambua Sands Beach Resort 4 stars

Korotogo

Located by the beach along Fiji’s Coral Coast, Tambua Sands Beach Resort features a fresh water outdoor pool and a restaurant. Its tour desk organises reef walks and visits to Fijian villages. Free parking is provided. We Were very confused about the mixed reviews for this resort. Before arriving we were therefore a bit worried about the quality of the place. However, our experience was that this was a good place to stay. The people was so lovely and welcoming, there was drivers that could take you around (for a fee), there was a tour desk that gave advice on trips worth doing and how to take public transport, there was snorkelling opportunities, no kids so it was quiet even at the pool!, and the room was spacious with good A/C.
