The staff was exceptionnal, from day one breakfast, they remembered my cappuccino selection, my room number etc... breakfast super delicious, rooftop swiming pool very nice with the view!

The staff was kind and accommodating, we especially loved the staff in the restaurant. Overall absolutely lovely place and we are definitely coming back.

A former antique shop, the hotel has a an art and antique collection. The cathedral is a 5-minute walk away. Location excellent with everything in walking distance including Placa Espanya. Room very comfortable and no noise from adjacent rooms,loved leafy trees outside window. Breakfast good so only small lunch needed.Reception staff could not have been more helpful. Intend to go back to AH Art as soon as I can and see more of Palma.

A range of massages and treatments using local products can be arranged on request. The staff was outstanding! Twice they went above and beyond to help us with taxi drivers. They even got our cash back after our taxi driver disappeared on us.
