This was one of the most exceptional stays I've had! The location is super ideal, steps from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and public transit. The multilingual staff are so friendly and helpful. My room was spotless and a great size, perfect for any length stay. Breakfast was so good and fresh and served until 10:30, which I really appreciated. Overall I highly recommend the Smile Hotel. I will definitely stay there next time I am in Alicante.

all food was exceptional. we went half board and there was nothing to complain about. my mom is such a picky eater and there was always something she could eat there. not a bad word you could say. i loved it.

Designs like in 5 star luxury hotels, beautiful complex with palm trees and nice garden, infinity pool, amazing views from private terrace and balcony, fully equippet kitchen - with Cofee machine :) super clean bathrooms, luxury materials. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. The location is perfect - in the old town, but close to bars, restaurants, shops, harbour. Inside the building it has high ceilings, grand design and period features throughout, but it doesn’t feel old and stuffy…it’s spacious and classy. It also has a lovely courtyard to sit, eat/drink. On a practical note, it’s very clean and the beds/pillows are really comfortable plus the rooms are big and smell amazing too.

got uprated to a lovely big room with terrace which was a pleasure to be in. The breakfast is very good with plenty of fresh fruit etc AND fresh milk!! Rooftop terrace is really lovely and the pool area too is attractive with plenty of sun loungers etc. The interior design throughout is very tasteful and understated. We have stayed here before and would not hesitate to do so again.
Lovely hosts - Ana and her husband went above and beyond to allow us to check in early. It was really kind and characteristic of their hospitality! The apartment was absolutely lovely. Great design, bright and modern. The patio is amazing with the view of the mountain, plants for privacy and a pool a few steps away. Gorgeous! The parking spot for the car is so handy - right outside the door and shaded. We loved the peace and quiet but the closeness to Denia!
Beautiful boutique hotel, very nice design incorporating the old with the new. Nice view (although sideview to the sea, not lateral) and good location. Room was spacious and bright. Good storage space. Loved the balcony. Breakfast very nice, not a huge selection, but a good one and the freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious. The lady servicing the breakfast was friendly, attentive and professional. The breakfast area had a lovely spacious and design atmosphere.

Superb restaurant with very accomodating chef for my vegan needs. High quality coffee and wines. Overall remarkable experience. Very appreciative of the thought put into the interior design - felt like home.
