The convention rooms and Internet Centre are designed for 8 to 30 person capacity. The hotel has a unique location, a short walk to the monuments and historical sites of the first city of America, just a few minutes from shopping malls. Good location and wifi. Employees were friendly and helpful, but be ready that they have poor English if you are not speaking spanish. Good breakfast, only small variety. We had room with balcony and it was nice.

They served superb Dominican traditional breakfast and staff was very helpful. The checkout is at 1pm which is a huge differenciator in this market. It's an excellent option!

Hotel Conde features a beautiful front terrace boasting views of the Cristobal Colon Park and the First Cathedral of America. Guests can also enjoy panoramic views of the city as well as the historical colonial monuments of the 16th century. The location is perfect, rooms are nice and clean. The lighting in the room was excellent and since it was a room in the back there was no noise from the street. I would stay here again and recommend the hotel. Something to keep in mind, there is no elevator, the hotel is from the second floor up.
