The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view from the spacious balcony. The facilities were of a great standard and the breakfast served at the hotel restaurant was great. There were a lot of food options and everything was well prepared. The location of the hotel was not only accessible (especially with having private parking assigned to hotel customers) but also incredibly beautiful with a lot of wonderful locations within quick walking distance. We will definitely be visiting again!

CONTEL Hotel features three function rooms in addition to the 14 conference rooms, and a bar. The rooms have been refurbished in 2018 and show love many lovely details. When it happened that the fridge was out of order, the staff replaced it with the new one almost immediately

Clean room. Helpful and (very) kind staff, the owner helped us himself brought big luggage to the third floor which he gave us a free upgrade !!! It was a wonderful view with Mosel river and Cochem Castle, couldn’t ask for more. Good breakfast (which included in the room price) absolutely recommended !
