We did not jave breakfast included in our room so I cannot rate it. The parking facility was very convenient although the entry point was a little narrow, you had to be careful not to scratch your car. The only thing that I missed is a mini fridge in the room so I could keep my water cool. The location is ideal given the rates, you are just a 10 minutes walk from the heart of Frankfurt.

Excellent attitude of the staff to any request! Great breakfast. Very clean. Good location, right across the shopping plaza, 2 minutes to metro.

All comfortably furnished rooms at the Europa Style feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a laptop safe box and minibar. Some include tea/coffee facilities. I do like this hotel very much. It is new, well maintained and very clean in the room and public areas. The room (with wooden floor which I like) was large enough and well equipped. The bathroom was very clean and new with a shower room and neccessary amenities. The minibar was amazing!! There were many complimentary bottles of water, beers and softdrinks which were filled daily. Breakfast was nice. The hotel is located only 5 mins. from the central train station (South exit), really in the city. It s convenient to travel around. The tram is in front of the hotel. All staff are friendly and soooo kind. They were very helpful when I had a difficulty during my trip in FF (cash, credit cards, passport and phone were stolen in Dusseldorf before FF). I really appreciate all their help and kindness. Special thanks to Sunny who is such a fantastic and super kind person, willing to help with all the things from my check in to check out till I flew back to Thailand safely. Without him, life would be more difficult in FF. I highly recommend this hotel...new, very clean, excellent services, convey and value for money.
