Very spacious room and bathroom, with everything you need. - We had a suite facing Neuschwanstein Schloss that we could admire when waking up in the morning. It snowed the night we were there, we didn't expect that and we got the surprise to see the castle and the snow when opening the windows. - The staff is great and friendly. For example, we got a message before our arrival to warn us that there will be a birthday party in the garden next to the property, they offered to rebook our stay in another hotel in the village or to reschedule. We didn't change our plans and we got a free bottle of sparkling wine for the disturbance! In the end, the music was not too much of an issue with the windows closed and the bottle of wine ;) - The breakfast was great with a lot of different things, both salty and sweet. There were also some products from the garden or from the region. There is also a spa in the hotel, but we didn't use it as we were staying for a short time.

This historic 4-star hotel, situated in the heart of the medieval town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber, right in the Frankenhöhe Nature Park, offers enchanting accommodation in a Gothic style. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. We loved our stay at Gotisches Haus! Our room was huge and very clean, the location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do, and the breakfast was a nice spread of bread, cheese, meat, eggs, and fruit. The hotel / room was decorated very traditionally, which was really cute and fun! The staff was extremely helpful, especially when our train was delayed and we didn't arrive until 11pm at night, and they called in to check on us and asked if we needed help finding a taxi.
