Gruyères
La Fleur de Lys is housed in a 350 year-old building right in the centre of the medieval town of Gruyère, 400 metres from Gruyère Castle, the Giger Museum and the Tibet Museum. It offers fine cuisine and free Wi-Fi. I do not remember when was the last time I gave 10 in all categories (and I travel a lot), but this place and its team really deserve it. Warm & cosy (even fire on the fire place), with excellent food and friendly staff... this place exceeded our expectations and became one of the highlights of the trip. Once again THANK YOU for the stay :)

Gruyère Rooms is located in the historic center of Gruyères, Gruyère-Rooms offers you a wide range of different rooms, free wi-fi, a private outdoor garden, a shop where you can watch cheese being made on certain days and a partner restaurant. .. The shop sells cheese and demonstrates traditional cheese-making techniques. Free WiFi is available.
The restaurant’s specialities include authentic fondue with homemade cheese. Breakfast is also available. Guests enjoy a 10% discount in the restaurant and the shop.
The room was just such a surprise! Beautifull views, spacious, clean and just adorable.
Fribourg
The Hotel du Faucon with its 23 spacious rooms can be found only a few steps from the city centre and the train station, in a quiet, cobbled and pedestrianized street.
All rooms offer a flat-screen TV, a bathroom (shower and toilet) and free wireless internet access (available in the entire hotel building).
The location is super convenient. The room is well furnished and spotless.

Everything! The room was gorgeous and had everything you could need. Chantal added lovely touches to make my stay perfect. She is a lovely lady who made my stay very special.
Awesome location, a cozy design (pictures are worse than the room in reality), and a very friendly owner. The location is also great.
Everything was amazing...from our greeting at reception to check-out...the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was lovely - comfortable and clean with a stunning view of the mountains and the castle :) Wellness Facilities were excellent and breakfast was tasty with an amazing variety. The hotel is in a great location with only a few minutes walk to the beautiful little village of Gruyeres. We loved our stay and would highly recommend!
Brand new hotel with delightful furnishings, very stylish and extremely comfortable, lovely colour tones in the rooms and bar. Great bed and bedding, big shower, a novelty in Europe often. The welcome we received from Marc was the best we’ve ever received, he was so warm and friendly, and continued to be as we saw him later. He is a true credit to the hotel. Close to a supermarket and restaurants, very convenient.
Lovely village, amazing place close to everything but very calm, gorgeous interior design and equipments, very comfortable bed. All was very well organized, we haven’t met our hosts but they were present with messaging and very relevant information
